Upcoming review: DermaSilk 90 Second Eye Lift

Just a quick note to let you know that I’ll be reviewing DermaSilk’s 5 Minute Face Lift that I wrote about a couple of days ago! You can find that entry here. To give you some background information: I don’t have loose skin or a lot of puffiness under my eyes, but I do have dark circles. I’ll be using this product for a month and then post my findings, along with an embarrassing ‘before’ picture and hopefully a less scary ‘after’ picture. 🙂 This is an instant under eye lift. Within seconds, 90 Second Eye Lift will tighten the...

DermaSilk: reduce wrinkles, fine lines & premature aging

I’ve been on a skincare kick lately. With lately I mean this past year. My goal is to improve my skin by improving my skincare regime with better (and, if possible, natural) products. I’m also turning more to anti-aging products as a ‘preventative’ measure. Some of the products I’ve been looking at are products by DermaSilk. I was sent two instant tightening serums, a dual action firming serum and a skin rejuvenating cream. The product that I’m most curious about is the 90 Second Eye Lift. This product contains soy proteins that help moisturize and fill in wrinkles, which of...

Review: LIPSTOCK Cream, a lip conditioner

If you’ve been following my site for a while, you might remember that after I finished my Badger Organic Lip Balm, I started using a lip balm by EOS. Well, I did not like at all. I have the orange one (‘summer fruit), which, in my opinion, is not moisturizing at all. It doesn’t leave anything on my lips….nothing! I felt like I had to rub it numerous times before something actually appeared on my lips. When I was sent a different lip balm for a possible review, I couldn’t wait to try! I always apply lip balm before bed,...

Upcoming review: L’Oreal Paris Youth Code Serum Intense Daily

I ran out of my Coral Actives Acne Serum. 🙁 Boohoo! The Coral Actives serum contains 6% Benzoyl Peroxide and Sea Whip Extract, specifically to prevent and treat acne. I was using it for a while and I adored it. The bottle contained 1 fl.oz. (which is 30 ml) and now it’s gone. Granted, I was using it every day for almost 3 months, but I tell you… This serum, in combination with the Retinol Exfoliating Cleanser, has improved my skin a LOT. But yeah, I ran out… And since I have so many skincare products I want to try...

Review: ERNO LASZLO Regular Normalizer Shake-It

I know what you’re thinking: ‘Shake-It? What is that?‘ Shake-It is a tinted toner with a touch of color that evens out skin tone all day. It’s a lightweight, tinted treatment provides sheer, natural coverage while effectively absorbing excess oil and minimizing the appearance of pores. It leaves your skin firmed, flawless and fresh. You can wear shake-It alone or under foundation. It leaves a transparent film of coloring with a natural matte finish. Here are the details. • Two-pHase treatment – 90% toner, 10% color. • Evens out skin tone and leaves a natural matte finish that is virtually...
