LEGO Batman Movie Days at LEGOLAND CA [our day in pictures]
01 Mar 2017
Hi everyone! On February 18-19 and 25-26 LEGOLAND California hosted the LEGO Batman Movie Days and my family and I got to attend the activities! We went this past weekend and we had a blast, especially my son, who got to meet his superhero (remember Halloween at LEGOLAND, when he dressed up as Batman?). 😀
During these two weekends, LEGOLAND guests got to meet the LEGO superhero during this celebration of the Warner Bros. Pictures’ feature film, which also includes photo opportunities with the scene-stealing star, a themed scavenger hunt and LEGO Batman-inspired LEGO build activities. We loved it! We haven’t seen the official movie yet, but this was definitely a great way to introduce my son to it.
Below is a small impression of our day in pictures. Enjoy! 😀
If you’re not familiar with LEGOLAND California: it’s located in Carlsbad, near San Diego where I live. Besides the fun things to do at the park, the people at LEGOLAND also organize tons of additional special events, which I love. Even if you’ve been to the park numerous times, events like these make every visit different. There’s always something new to see and because it’s not a ‘one day only’ type of thing, the lines aren’t that long. My son (who’s 4,5 years old) can get really ‘antsy’ while waiting in line, but we don’t have that problem here.
For LEGOLAND California Resort tickets, directions and accommodations, click here to go to the official site. The park is open daily during Spring and Summer and select days during Fall and Winter. SEA LIFE Aquarium is open daily year-round. You can see our other #LEGOLANDCA adventures HERE. If you have kids between 2 and 12 years old, this place is a must. 🙂
I’m an official LEGOLAND insider and received complimentary #LEGOLANDCA tickets for the #LEGOBATMANMOVIE Days.
