Mommy review: SoCozy 3 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash

04 Mar 2015

It’s been a few days, huh? I’m actually writing this from Hawaii! 🙂 We left on Monday and we’ll be here for the next two weeks for my brother-in-law’s wedding. Of course, I’m always trying new products, also on vacation. So today I’d like to share a new line of salon quality hair products for kids that I’ve been using on my toddler’s hair, called SoCozy Professional Hair Care for Children. You can find SoCozy on SoCozy.com and their products are also available at Target.

SoCozy 3 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash

This is the first ever professional line of hair care products made with the finest ingredients gentle enough for children. We received the entire collection (I posted the picture above on my Instagram the day the box with products arrived) and today I’d like to focus on the 3 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash, which is part of the ‘Cinch’ collection.
The Cinch collection consists of ‘the basics’: shampoo, conditioner, detangler + leave-in conditioner. The hair product I’ll be reviewing today is the 3 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash, all in one (it’s the bottle in the middle in the picture below). We like it so much that we brought it with us to Hawaii! 🙂

What it is:
Kids Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash all in one. Start at the top and suds all the way to the toes. Cinch 3in1 has plant extracts and hydrating proteins gently cleanse and condition hair leaving it silky smooth, shiny and manageable; special body cleansers scrub away the dirt and debris from the day. Tear free and non-irritating, our combination shampoo, conditioner and body wash for kids has three steps cleverly squeezed into one.

Ingredients:
Keratin: Protects hair, helps to increase hair strength and minimize damages caused by brushing and overuse of accessories like barrettes and elastic bands.

Panthenol: Form of vitamin B5 nurtures and hydrates hair.
Kiwi Fruit Extract: Conditions, nourishes and protects hair. Leaves hair soft and silky.

My thoughts:
I love love love the convenience of having all 3 products in 1 (very cute!) bottle! Not just now on vacation, but at home as well. It makes everything so much easier. I was a little doubtful at first, because I thought it wouldn’t condition as well. But I was wrong! It gives a nice lather and Mason’s hair is clean and feels very soft afterwards. It doesn’t burns his eyes and smells delicious, like fresh mangos.
It works great as just a body wash as well: his skin feels moisturized, not at all dry. My hubby and I have been using it in the shower too while on vacation, because we didn’t want to pack yet another product. It’s been working great for us as well, I especially love the mango smell. 🙂
The best part, of course, is that it’s non-toxic and it does not contain parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic color, propylene glycol etc. Good stuff! We will definitely continue using it.

Where to buy:
The 3 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash by SoCozy retails for $11.95 (8oz) or $32.95 (32 oz). You can buy it online on socozy.com. You can now also find SoCozy products on soap.com, diapers.com, target.com and in Target stores. I’ll definitely be recommending this product to all my mommy friends! Have you seen SoCozy products at your local Target yet?

Big bummer it has fragrance! That’s a huge umbrella for 1,4 dioxane and a mess of undisclosed chemicals. I watched the Stink movie and it was a game changer for our family.
