One of my beauty resolutions for 2013 is to finish up more products, particularly skin care products, since that’s where I have the most of. As a beauty blogger I try out a lot of products: out of curiosity, because I think a lot of people might be interested in reading about them, or because I get send products by (PR) companies for review purposes. As a result of this (and I admit, also because I’m pretty much obsessed with improving my skin!), my bathroom is filled with half filled skin care tubes and bottles. This isn’t acceptable anymore…I’d like to finish some stuff up!!
What I plan on doing
My goal is to try to use just one product at a time until I finish it and then try something new. I know this sounds very logical to most people, but as a beauty blogger I receive a lot of new products to try. I use these products for a while, share my thoughts in a review and then put them away so I can review a new one.
So every 2 to 3 months (still need to figure that out), I will select a couple products that I will use exclusively. I’m hoping this will speeds things up a bit!
Here’s my selection for January/February.
Top: Julep Elixir Organic Moroccan Argan oil, Maria Badescu Healing Cream, Lifecare Reinigende Porienstrip (cleansing pore strips), Julep Pomegranate Body Creme, Nivea A Kiss of Smoothness Hydrating Lip Care.
Middle: Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Scrub, Neem Foaming Face Wash and Neem Face Pack
Bottom: Shielo Moisturizing Shampoo and Vibrancy Conditioner
