One of the items in received in my Influenster VoxBox (see my unboxing post here) was a hair brush. Not an average hair brush though. This brush has absorbent microfiber bristles that are said to reduce water by 30% to dry faster. When I opened my VoxBox it was the first thing I grabbed and naturally the first thing I tried out! As you know I have pretty long hair (it reaches my booty), so finding faster ways to style my hair is a good thing! Below are my thoughts.

My thoughts
This is a great brush! I use it as I would use my regular paddle brush (which happen to be one by Goody too, click here to see which one). Because it’s designed for drying and detangling wet hair, I especially like to use it after I’ve washed my hair. It really does remove excess water quick!
This brush actually allows me to skip my hair dryer, which is awesome because it saves me a lot of time! After I brush my hair and get rid of 70% of the water (I’m just guessing), I use my flat iron to straighten my hair. I have a flatiron that I can use on dry and wet hair. The QuikStyle brush is also great for when I don’t want to use any heat at all, when I just want to ‘air-dry’ my hair. I don’t have to walk around with a towel and dripping hair.
I wish I had known about this brush before. Air-drying my hair has always taken hours and with this brush it doesn’t take long at all. And it’s better than using a simple towel, because you can actually style your hair while drying it. I definitely recommend getting this brush if you get the chance!
