My Favorites of 2012 (part 2)

Here’s part 2 of my 2012 favorites!

Like I was saying yesterday, it was extremely hard for me to choose my favorites, since I found so many (new) products that I like last year. So I decided to do show 8 items in total and divide it into two parts. You can click here to check out my first four favorites and below are the last four in no special order. You can click on the link below the picture to read my review on it (if I did one). The link will open in a new tab. :-)

Sephora MicroSmooth Baked Face Powder

Sephora MicroSmooth Baked Face Powder (new in stores!)

This is a fantastic powder foundation. It covers well and doesn’t look cakey. It’s very finely milled and it has green tea in it to calm the skin and reduce redness. It also contains mineral water to make it buildable and help keep the skin moisturized. It’s a great foundation for people who are not used to wearing makeup or people who don’t like to wear makeup.

Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains by Revlon

These balm stains feel like a thin lip balm. They’re not greasy or too oily, but very moisturizing. There’s a lot of color pay-off, a very nice sheen and they are are very moisturizing. When the balm/glossy part wears off (after a couple of hours), they leave a nice wash of color that lasts for most of the day. Very nice!

Exuviance OptiLight Tone Corrector

Exuviance OptiLight Tone Corrector

This product is AMAZING! This has done SO much for my skin, I can’t even explain! The scars I had, have almost faded away and my skin is looking so much more ‘healthy’. It’s a bit pricey, but trust me… if you suffer from dark spots and acne scars or if you just want to give your skin a ‘boost’, it’s definitely worth the investment. I’m not using it at the moment because I breastfeed my baby, but once I stop, this product is definitely going back into my skin care routine!

Make Up Forever HD Foundation

Make Up Forever HD Foundation

This foundation is the bomb.com (do people still say that?). It has great coverage (I’ve been having some breakouts, so I really need something to cover them), lasts all day and matches my skin perfectly. It makes my skin look (almost) flawless. Love!

What were your favorites of 2012? :-)

You can leave a response. And just a heads up: if you see a comment in a foreign language, it’s probably Dutch. I have a lot of readers from The Netherlands.
