If you follow me on Instagram (‘Kizzyonline’), you’ve probably already seen the picture I posted of my latest beauty purchases. There are tons of new products in the drugstore right now and the only ones that really caught my eye were these! I’m talking about the new Shine Caresse Glosses by L’Oreal.

I had heard of these coming out some time next year, because Jane Larkworthy, W Magazine Beauty Director, tweeted about L’Oreal’s new Spring 2013 releases last month. For this reason I was surprised to see people’s tweets on Twitter about finding their in the stores already! A Spring collection coming out in December? Kinda weird…

Anyway, I went to my local Meijer (this store seems to be the first in my area to carry new products) and I found them! The packaging is so sleek and high-end looking, love it!

I picked two colors: 189 Pink Rebellion and 186 Berry Persistent. I’m definitely going back for more! This isn’t my full review yet, but I can already tell you that I love these! They are a little thicker than the YSL Glossy Stain (they are supposedly a dupe, since YSL and L’Oreal are the same company), but nevertheless equally as creamy, pigmented and long-lasting. They definitely do stain your lips.

I’m going to try these out for a few days and then come back with my thoughts! I do own a YSL Glossy Stain, so I’ll be happy to compare the two.
