Nadine has now been trying a new conditioner and shampoo (I know, shocker!), one by Garnier. Below is her review.
Lately, in an effort to get fit, I’ve been taking more classes in the pool at the gym. I generally try to stay away from shampoo. That doesn’t make me ‘dirty’, just that with porous curly hair, shampoo isn’t always the best thing for me and I use a no-poo (aka Curly Girl) method for my hair. Having bleached blonde hair, I definitely need something after the pool to get any chemical build-up out of my hair.

The Garnier Pure Clean shampoo & conditioner worked the best for me right after the pool. It’s funny, because I’ve tried these at home and didn’t have great results, but fresh out of the pool these products really do the trick of making sure I don’t get green-tinted hair from the chlorine, and the conditioner really leaves my hair soft & silky without any silicones. This is going to be in my gym bag for a long time to come!
Garnier Pure Clean Shampoo & Conditioner is new in stores and retails for around $3.99. Available at most drugstores and grocery stores.
