Quick tip: Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes with White Tea Extract

Quick tip: Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes with White Tea Extract
25 Aug 2012

Last weekend the family and I paid a little visit to Nordstrom Rack (here you can find a wide selection of items from Nordstrom stores at reduced prices), where I found these Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes. I purchased them for about $4 (I’m not sure about the exact price anymore, but they were very affordable!). And let me tell you, these are seriously the best cleansing towelettes I’ve ever used! Not only because of the ingredients (they’re 99.1% natural and are free of parabens, phthalates and petrochemicals), but mostly because of how they work (naturally) and because of the smell. They smell amazing! 😀

Back in April when I was back home with my parents in The Netherlands, I wrote about the 4 in 1 Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes from Primark that I had recently bought (read my post here). These towelettes were really good, but honestly… they don’t compare with these by Burt’s Bees. Also, there are no Primark stores here in the US, so once I ran out, I couldn’t repurchase them. No need now though! These new ones by Burt’s Bees are 10x better and 10x better for my skin. :-)

Here are the details:

• Removes dirt, oil and make-up without rinsing
• Dermatologist-tested
• Ophthalmologist-tested
• Natural cloth, FSC certified
• 99.1% natural
• 30 pre-moistened towelettes

I can’t emphasize enough how lovely the scent of these is! I guess it’s the smell of white tea extract, but I honestly didn’t know white tea smelled this good! And best of all: the cloths do an awesome job at cleaning my face. One single towelette removes all oil and dirt on my face and leaves it feeling fresh and clean. Rinsing my face doesn’t even cross my mind.

These Facial Cleansing Towelettes with White Tea Extract by Burt’s Bees retail for $6.00 (for 30 per-moistened towelettes). If you’re near a Nordstom Rack, you can find them for less, about $4. Burt’s Bees is available in most drugstores and health food stores.
