Review: Dry Fast Top Coats (Seche Vite & Out The Door)

Seche Vite Out the Door Top Coat

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat on the left – Out The Door Top Coat For Nails on the right

Similarities:

Both help quickly dry nails in minutes
Both give a much more durable manicure
Both offer durable high gloss shine
Both guaranteed not to yellow
Both stink!
Both contain .5 fl oz (15 ml)

Differences:

Out The Door is only available at Sally Beauty Supply and CVS (I think!)
Seche Vite is available at (almost) every drugstore
Out the Door retails for $5.49 (or $4.99 if you have a Sally Card, which I do)
Seche Vite goes for somewhere between $4.00 and $9.99 (depending on where you buy it)
And………….(this is the deal breaker to me!):
Seche Vite turns into a goopy (sticky, gross) mess over time, Out The Door does not! :-)

I own them both (my Seche Vite looks red, cause I accidentally added a little bit of red polish to it!), but my favorite is definitely Out The Door!
Available here.

Definitely going to give Out the Door a try… I’ve been using Seche Vite for quite awhile now but my first bottle did turn into a gloopy mess.

I wrote ‘goopy’, but I think ‘gloopy’ applies as well! ;-)

Yeah, definitely pick up Out the Door, it’s just as good as Seche Vite.
