We’ve been in our new apartment for a little over a week now and I absolutely adore it! We’re waiting on most furniture and the place of course needs a lot of decorating, but it’s coming along nicely! When it’s completely done (or getting there), I’ll take pictures.
For now, here are some pictures we took of the model home! These were taken a few weeks ago when we were here in Cincinnati to check out different communities and apartments.
The apartment on the pictures has the exact same floor plan (2 bedrooms, 2 bath, patio and garage). The thing I like most about our apartment (besides the two walk in closets!) is the view! We’re on the first floor (the ‘0’ floor in Dutch!) and the living room looks over a beautiful lake with ducks, geese and a fountain. Very soothing! :-)
The community we live in is almost too good to be true! There’s a outside pool, a fitness area, a basketball court, 9 hole putting green, sand volleyball, a movie theater and BBQ grill/picnic areas. There are a lot of nice jogging and walking trails. No reason not to be active….
Soooo…I started going to the gym today and I’m gonna try to go every day (expects for the weekends), while I’m looking for a job. The fitness area is only two min. away, so there’s no reason not to advantage of it!
As you can tell I’m super happy with our new apartment! :-)
