Hey there! It’s going to be another sunny day here in Cupertino, California (ever since Valentine’s Day it’s been really nice!), so I’m taking a day off from my site.

There are so many new cosmetic palettes each season; this one by YSL is one that I almost didn’t hear about, but thank goodness our paths finally crossed. For spring 2010, Yves Saint Laurent has come out with 8 palette called the Ombres 5 Lumières Eyeshadow. Each palettes contains 4 shadows (matte, satiny or iridescent) that coordinate around a single color theme. The one above is called Midnight and it is my personal favorite out of this collection. Each palette also contains a highlighter down the center that perfectly accents the shadow colors. I think that this is an amazing deal for $56.
