I’m here to tell you today that Hautelook is having a Kevyn Aucoin sale!
The sale starts this Monday (February 8).
Kevyn Aucoin was an American make-up artist and photographer. Movie stars, super models and beauty legends of all ages adored and praised Kevyn for his outstanding talent, quick wit and willingness to find the beauty in everyone and everything.
He published three books in his lifetime: The Art of Makeup, Making Faces, and Face Forward, two of which became TIME magazine best sellers.
Making Faces debuted at number one and is a book that I own myself and I really recommend if you’re into make up. The book is filled with VERY useful tips and beautiful illustrations!
Sadly Kevyn Aucoin died in 2002 after he was diagnosed with a rare pituitary tumor. He did launch his own brand right before his death: Kevyn Aucoin Beauty, in 2001. Follow this link for his official website.
Anyway, I digress! I want to let you guys know that Hautelook is selling a couple of items by Kevyn Aucoin Beauty and everything will be $7.00 or under. I don’t know what they are selling yet, but it might be worth checking out, right?
