Sometimes there are great new beauty products that enter the beauty world quietly. Yes, they stir up a fire here and there, but overall you wouldn’t even notice that they are there.

That’s what happened with Revlon’s ColorBust collection in my opinion.
Revlon introduced 20 new shades in lipsticks back in December. And honestly, I didn’t hear about them at all until I heard Emilynoel83 talking about these lipsticks in one of her videos on YouTube the other day. I can’t even find the lipsticks on Revlon’s website.

I looked this collection up online and according to Revlon, the formulas use a heavily pigmented ingredient called Elasticolor that delivers endless color, hour after hour. Well, that certainly sounds promising!

I haven’t purchased one yet, but I did swipe a bit on my hand at Target earlier today. The lipsticks are extremely creamy! Didn’t feel like it would dry out lips. Moisture is a huge plus in my book, because my lips tend to try out quickly…

Another plus: the packaging! The ColorBursts come in pretty black cases with a ‘fishnet’ like imprint and a small color square on the top. Very adorable!

I’m going to see if I can find the complete collection somewhere to see if there is a shade for me! I’m not sure about the coverage of these lipsticks, but the packaging would sure look very cute on my vanity!
