Finally a blog post about my four days in Paris!

I’m going to do this in three parts, cause I want to share a lot of pictures with you! So this is obviously part one

When my boo asked me if I wanted to go to Paris, of course I said yes! I hadn’t been there in literally ten years and it used to be one of my favorite cities. I love Paris! The fashion style, the streets, the language, the overall Parisian way of living….

When I think of Paris, I think of croissants, wine, the metro system, late dinners, the Eiffel tower and women wearing skirts and flats. Ok, the last bit is a little weird, but it’s true. A lot of French women wears skirts with flats, very comfortable and very stylish! Anyway, I’m side tracking!

Here we go!

We left on Friday morning (March 20), by train. Only 3.5 hrs from Rotterdam to Paris!

The train ride was pretty relaxed. I read a newspaper, a chapter of a book I brought and then I fell asleep. All the way to the end stop

We arrive in Paris! Oui oui! And we go straight to our deluxe room in the Mercure. Ahh, the life! (ok, the room wasn’t so big as we thought, but oh well….)

And to not make this a super long post, here are some highlights:

And the Eiffel Tower, looking as tall and handsome as ever. Don’t mind the hair, it was windy!

and lastly…me on the Eiffel Tower. It was freezing cold! But worth it!
